CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

YES at Mint Athletic, We are happy to exchange or refund your online purchase should you not be entirely satisfied with your goods. Mint Athletic must be notified of your intention to exchange or return (Refund) goods within 5 days of your delivery date.

Australian shipped orders, the goods must be returned within 14 business days of receipt of the order, and 20 business days for international orders. All prices for items on sale are only valid during the sale period and as such Mint Athletic do not credit or refund a price difference for items purchased outside of that sale period. Items purchased on sale/special are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. Due to hygiene reasons, Mint Athletic does not accept returns/exchange of underwear items.

Please Note: All returned items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached.

To return goods to Mint Athletic please first send an Email to SALES@mintathletic.com with subject field ‘RETURNS AND EXCHANGES’ and include the following information the body of the Email and a team member will respond as soon as possible with further instructions:

- Order Number (Location in the original order confirmation email receipt)
- The EMAIL address associated with the order
- Full Name and contact Email address
- Please Specify if you would like to request a refund/return or exchange goods (Include the details of the preferred replacement item if you would like an exchange I.E. Item Name, Colour, and size – Please also check the website for availability). Please be advised that exchanges are subject to availability at the time of the return being received. We do not hold items for exchange requests. Please note that for exchange requests where the requested exchange item is higher in value than the amount paid for the returned item, you will be required to pay the additional amount for the price difference, therefore you will be issued with a store credit for the amount you paid for the returned item which you can use towards a new order. Mint Athletic do not refund for Shipping Costs as outlined on our website.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES are processed within 5 business days of your return being received, and once you return/exchange is processed you will be sent an Email confirmation.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned as a result, the postage costs will not be covered by Mint Athletic if you request to have your order resent. Mint Athletic is not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of purchase. Postage and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE on returned items.

Postage and Handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be covered by Mint Athletic (UNLESS GOODS ARE FAULTY OR NOT AS ORDERED).

If you have received an item which you believe to be faulty, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at sales@mintathletic.com with clear pictures and a detailed description as well as your order details (ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE). 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Mint Athletic Accepts payment by PAYPAL, VISA, AMEX AND MASTERCARD. 

WHERE ARE THE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?

All Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Australia within 48 business hours of Mint Athletic receiving payment. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES, Mint Athletic - USE DHL INTERNATIONAL FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  and ships to most destinations around the world. You can select your country from the drop down menu in checkout. 

ABOUT AFTERPAY

WHAT IS AFTERPAY? 
Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay. All of your payments are interest free and you will receive your order straight away. 

WHAT DO I NEED? 
1. A debit or credit card 
2. To be over 18 years of age 
3. To live in Australia 

HOW DOES IT WORK? 
1. At the checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment option. You will be redirected to the Afterpay website to process your order. 
3. Register or login into Afterpay to confirm your order. 
4. You will then be redirected to the Mode Sportif website to receive your order confirmation.   
5. Please note that Afterpay's maximum transaction limit is AUD$1000, however, each order is subject to Afterpay's credit assessment. 

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
 
When you place your first order using Afterpay, the first installment will be charged at the time of purchase. Following that, each installment will be deducted from your debit/credit card each fortnight. For all of your future orders using Afterpay, your first installment will be deducted within 14 days. At the time of purchase, the full Afterpay schedule will be outlined for you. 

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED STRAIGHT AWAY?

CAN I RETURN MY AFTERPAY ORDER?
Yes, our normal returns and exchanges policy applies to all Afterpay orders. You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your item, providing it meets the terms of our policy. Please consult our Returns and Exchanges Policy here

WHAT IF I MISS A PAYMENT?
You will be charged a late fee of $10 Read more on the Afterpay website here

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS/DUTIES TAXES?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia. All items imported into the EU  attract VAT, which is added by customs and paid on the receivers end, which is normal and is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover. International deliveries can or may be held up by customs, which Mint Athletic cannot accept liability for and is the responsibility of the purchaser to resolve with local customs offices. Please be aware of this before making your purchase as this could delay your delivery. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shipping within Australia is done via Australia Post, unless your order is over $100 AUD then you will receive express shipping for. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

All Australian orders will shipped to metro areas will be delivered by close of business the next business day after dispatch. Australia orders shipped to rural areas will be delivered within 2-3 business days of dispatch. 

SHIPPING TO THE USA:

EXPRESS SHIPPING WHICH COMES WITH TRACKING AND TAKES ROUGHLY 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY. 

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL/DISCOUNT CODE?

You must enter the promotional code at the checkout page in the ‘COUPON CODE’ field and then click ‘APPLY CODE’. all prices for the items on sale are only valid during the sale period and as such Mint Athletic do not credit or refund a price difference for items purchased outside of that sale period. Items purchased on sale/special are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. All Mint Athletic Promotions/Sales are subject to availability and discount/coupon codes are not eligible with any existing sale/promotion items, this includes bundles and gift cards. 

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO AN ORDER?

NO, once your order has been placed and your order confirmation has been emailed, you cannot amend your order. Please email sales@mintathletic.com if we can assist further 

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, NOT Mint Athletic. Mint Athletic are not responsible for missing return packages should they not reach us, so we strongly advise you to ensure your return/exchange is sent back to us via a trackable shipping method. 

WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY?

All Mint Athletic products have a warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Any orders outside the 3 month period (from the date of purchase) WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
